How do I create my first estimate?
From your dashboard, go to Estimates → Create New. Add your customer, list your line items, and send it directly from the app. Customers can approve and pay a deposit online.
How do I accept payments?
ProBizPay supports credit/debit cards (via Stripe), Tap to Pay on iPhone/Android, ACH transfers, and cryptocurrency. Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Integrations to start accepting card payments.
Can I use ProBizPay on my phone?
Yes. Download the ProBizPay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The mobile app includes job management, GPS time tracking, photo capture, on-site payment collection, and route navigation.
How do I add employees or crew members?
Go to Team → Employees → Add Employee. You can set roles, permissions, hourly rates, and assign them to jobs. Employees clock in/out with GPS verification through the mobile app.
How do customers access their portal?
When you create a customer and enable portal access, they receive a magic link via email or SMS. They can view estimates, invoices, job photos, make payments, and message you directly — no password required.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I export my data?
You can export customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and timesheets to CSV from each list view. For a full data export or migration assistance, contact support@probizpay.com.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@probizpay.com and we'll process your request within 30 days. You can also delete your account from within the app under Settings → Account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ProBizPay uses bank-grade encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), hosted on AWS. Payment processing is PCI-compliant through Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details.
